Acceptance of Terms of Sale

 

These Website Terms of Sale (these “Terms of Sale”) are entered into by and between you (“You”) and WanderMist, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Company”), each time that You purchase a product from Company through Company’s website, http://www.WanderMist.com (the “Website”), or any other website or mobile application that Company may offer in the future.

 

Please read Company’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by this reference, carefully before You start to use the Website.  By purchasing any product from Company or by clicking to accept and/or agree to Company’s Terms of Use when any such option is made available to You, You accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Sale.

Room Spray Products

 

The Website permits You to purchase one (1) or more products from Company, which consist of room sprays with scents inspired by different cities around the world.  Each time that You purchase a product through the Website:

• Company will collect certain information from You in accordance with the terms and conditions of Company’s Privacy Policy [www.WanderMist.com/privacy-policy], which are incorporated herein by this reference;

• Company uses a third party payment processor, Stripe, to process all payment transactions and to store your payment information, and Company shares limited information with Stripe in order to facilitate the payment transaction for such purchase; and

• Company recommends that You carefully review the product warnings set forth on such product, as well as any safety data sheet corresponding to such product.

 

Pricing and Payment

The prices of Company’s products are subject to change without notice.  Payment for a given product is made at the time of ordering such product, since we do not currently accept net payment terms.

 

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of the WanderMist room spray products, all sales of products through the Website and/or otherwise from Company are final.  Therefore, You acknowledge and agree that, if you purchase a product from Company, then you shall not be permitted to (i) return such product to Company, (ii) receive a refund of the purchase price for such product, which shall be considered fully earned by Company at the time of sale, or (iii) authorize a credit card chargeback corresponding to such purchase.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a product arrives damaged, we will happily ship replacements free of charge. Please email hello@wandermist.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product along with a short description within 7 calendar days of receipt.
