FAQ

  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final due to the nature of our products. We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds because you do not like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient. If you are allergic to certain allergens, please check the ingredient lists and safety data sheets before placing an order. If your room sprays arrive damaged, we will happily ship replacements free of charge. Please email hello@wandermist.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product along with a short description within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • What is your processing time?
    All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding the day the order was placed, weekends, and Federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted. When your order is on its way, you will receive another email with tracking information.
  • What is your shipping policy, and do you have an expedited shipping option?"
    All orders with subtotals (excluding taxes) under $75 will have a flat shipping rate of $7 and orders with subtotals (excluding taxes) $75 and over will receive free shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Please note that we have no control over USPS or UPS transit times and are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We currently only ship within the United States and unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping.
  • Why do you have to shake the bottle before each use?
    Our room sprays are 100% natural so once fragrance oils are added, some separation may occur. We suggest shaking well before each use to ensure maximum fragrance diffusion.
  • How many sprays would you recommend per use?
    That is completely up to you! You can personalize your experience - spritz a little or spray a lot.
  • How long does each room spray last?
    Room sprays last between 3-6 months depending on usage.
